Our investigation included primary research articles appearing in peer-reviewed English journals from March 2020 through February 2021. These studies used quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method approaches. Included articles on nurses tending to COVID-19 patients focused on emotional factors, effective hospital leadership practices, and interventions promoting the well-being of medical staff. Papers that did not center on the nursing profession were omitted from the investigation. Summaries of the included articles were prepared, followed by an assessment of their quality. A systematic review of the findings was carried out utilizing content analysis.

Erythema infectiosum, a condition triggered by human parvovirus B19 (B19V), is notoriously difficult to diagnose based on its clinical symptoms, frequently mistaken for either measles or rubella. Serum NfL levels were gauged via the implementation of a novel, high-throughput acridinium-ester immunoassay. Kaplan-Meier curves, Cox regression analyses, and restricted cubic spline regressions were used to examine the association of serum NfL with mortality from all causes.
Throughout a median follow-up duration of 73 months (with an interquartile range of 12 months), 85 participants (representing 350% of the initial group) ultimately passed away. This study aimed to evaluate moral courage levels among Chinese nurses, identify contributing factors, and equip nursing managers with strategies to enhance nurse moral courage.
The research project involved a cross-sectional examination.
To acquire the data, a convenient sampling method was chosen. 583 nurses across five hospitals in Fujian Province undertook and accomplished the Chinese version of the Nurses' Moral Courage Scale (NMCS) during the months of September through December in 2021. In the data analysis, descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, t-tests, Pearson correlation analyses, and multiple regression analyses were utilized.
The average Chinese nurse saw themselves as possessing moral courage. According to the NMCS data, the mean score was 3,640,692. The requirement for nurses to demonstrate exceptional moral courage in the face of future, unforeseen ethical challenges and problems is absolute. Maintaining patients' access to superior nursing necessitates that nursing managers cultivate nurses' moral courage. Educational programs should be implemented to aid nurses in navigating moral quandaries and fortifying their moral fortitude.
Chinese nurses' moral fortitude is examined in this study, evaluating self-perception and related contributing elements. The future holds a multitude of unknown ethical problems and challenges for nurses; thus, their moral courage is indispensable. Educational activities that cultivate nurses' moral courage are crucial for nursing managers to implement, with the aim of empowering nurses to resolve moral problems and maintain a high standard of patient care.
