in cultured interstitial cystitis and control urothelial cells.

Materials and Methods: Bladder biopsies were taken from patients with interstitial cystitis and controls, that is women undergoing surgery for stress incontinence. Primary cultures were grown in keratinocyte growth medium with supplements.
