Statistical analyses Quantitative parameters, such as SBF, adhesion, and invasion indices were compared by one-way ANOVA. In cases for which
the interaction between several factors was of interest, a factorial ANOVA was applied. Correlation between quantitative variables was assessed by Pearson correlation coefficient. Fisher’s exact test (small contingency tables) or Pearson’s X2 tests (frequencies higher than five within cells) were used to measure the significance of frequency GDC-0941 supplier values.
